ICVL is an annual conference which intends to explore and propose innovations with the goal of a smart and inclusive education, having a focus on creating a framework for a large scale introduction of the eLearning approaches in teaching and training activities, discussing the main variables of the process, fostering innovation and assisting the teachers, professors and trainers in the use of innovative teaching technologies, promoting educational software and disruptive technology in education. All these are intended to develop societal resilience, including under difficult circumstances as pandemics, conflicts or crises.

We encourage all education stakeholders to participate in this event, especially professors, researchers, PhD students, MA students from Romania and abroad. The abstracts should be written in English, the official language of the event.

Each author has the right to submit no more than 2 papers. Each paper must be submitted in English and it will receive blind peer review evaluation. The proceedings will be published.

Previous editions of ICVL were previously included in Clarivate Analytics (former ISI - Thomson Reuters) databases. For the years 2021, 2022, and 2023, our conference was not included in Clarivate, but we continue to submit our proceedings for evaluation in future editions. ICVL remains indexed in Scopus and, starting from 2025, is also indexed in Copernicus, further enhancing the visibility and academic recognition of the research presented. To cite papers, search for "The International Conference on Virtual Learning" in Scopus or Copernicus.
